Here’s a review of some of the biggest developments in IMEG’s Quad Cities region in the past year:

• The Interstate74 Bridge Corridor Project between Illinois and Iowa entered the second year of construction, with IMEG logging more than 11,000 man-hours to date.
• Rock Island County held a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Justice Center expansion, which opened to the public in December. IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and technology design.
• The $80 million nine-story, 233-room Hyatt Place/Hyatt House East Moline/Quad Cities opened in December. IMEG provided structural and civil engineering design.
• The Integrated Bioprocessing Research Laboratory (IBRL) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign opened in September.
