IMEG Corp. will provide structural engineering design and consultant services for The Cubes at I-40, an industrial park warehouse project near Nashville, TN. IMEG will serve as a sub-consultant to architect Lamar Johnson Collaborative for developer CRG.  

The Cubes at I-40 in Lebanon, TN, is a 2.5 million-sf master-planned industrial park serving the e-commerce and logistics markets’ growing need for warehouse space. The site will include three buildings ranging in size from 250,000-sf to 1.1 million-sf. IMEG will provide design for the tilt-up concrete wall panels. 

The Cubes at I-40 development is part of CRG’s growing number of branded build-to-suit and speculative warehouse projects that feature state-of-the-art design and sustainability developed on sites strategically chosen to optimize logistics and labor supply.  

Construction is scheduled to be completed in early 2023.
