IMEG wins Best Leadership Award from Comparably
IMEG Corp. has received a Best Leadership Team Award by workplace culture site Comparably. The award is based on how employees across the country rated their CEO, executives, and direct managers and the jobs they have done over the past 12 months.
“Our greatest asset is our employees,” said IMEG President and CEO Paul VanDuyne. “As a result, we rely on our corporate and team leaders to not only provide the direction for achieving our business goals but also to help drive an environment of open communication, inclusion, opportunity, and appreciation for our staff. Having our employees—all of whom also are owners of the firm—rate our leadership high enough to win a Comparably award is very gratifying.”
The Best Leadership Award also comes during a period of rapid growth for IMEG, which in the past seven years has grown from a regional firm into a national firm of more than 1,800 employees at 60 locations across the U.S.
“We are foremost a ‘people-centered’ engineering firm and maintaining this focus amid our expansion rests largely on the shoulders of our leadership,” said VanDuyne. “I believe this award validates the hard work and success of our leaders in keeping this value front and center.”
