John’s expertise includes land planning, urban design, landscape architecture, site engineering, and zoning. He is experienced in site evaluation studies, site analysis and programming, conceptual design, preparation of master plans and site plans, comprehensive planning, and rezoning/special applications. John manages land use, master planning, and landscape architecture projects and is an expert in land use and the entitlement process.

John is a certified planner through the American Planning Association. He obtained his undergraduate degree in urban planning from the University of Waterloo and a master’s degree in landscape architecture from the University of Guelph. He is a member of the Baileys Crossroads Seven Revitalization Committee.
