Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort to be renovated
The Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa in California will get a multi-million dollar upgrade.
Trinity Fund Advisors LLC and Oaktree Capital Management, L.P., bought the 530-key resort hotel in the Greater Palm Springs area of California in April 2022. The joint venture plans a multi-million capital improvement plan to reposition the 36-acre resort, which will continue to be managed by Hyatt Corporation.
IMEG will provide mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design as a subconsultant to Leo A. Daly Planning Architecture Engineering Interiors.
The resort opened in 1989. It features 88,000-sf of indoor and outdoor event space, four restaurants, nine outdoor pools (including two water slides and a lazy river), and a fitness center and spa complex.
