FieldStone of DeWitt, WellSpire’s latest assisted living community, has opened in DeWitt, Iowa.  

The 91-resident community on 15 acres offers assisted living, memory care, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term nursing care. The $30 million development replaces Westwing Place, a 50-year-old short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care facility. 

IMEG provided structural engineering services for the project as a subconsultant to Pope Design Group.  

WellSpire is a partnership between WesleyLife of Johnston, Iowa, and Genesis Health System of Davenport, Iowa. It operates 12 independent and assisted-living facilities in Iowa and Illinois.
