The ground floor and below grade parking level is constructed of cast-in-place concrete. Unique features include faceted, architectural roof with 260 triangle skylights, aluminum panel interior “heart” structure, raised floors with underfloor HVAC, in-slab radiant heating/cooling, 220,000-sf of terrazzo flooring and a 90-ft. long span central atrium. The project incorporated sustainable and biophilic design features to attain LEED Gold certification.
