IMEG provided engineering design and services for the Cardinal Ritter Institute’s Holy Angels Apartments, two independent living centers in Bridgeton, MO.

The three-story buildings contain 63 apartments and shares common areas including community rooms, computer centers, lounges, activity rooms and a laundry area. The project was designed to meet the strict requirements and minimum standards of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection design and construction support services. The design included independent tenant temperature control systems, independent tenant hot water systems, site irrigation provisions, site lighting, sprinkler systems, fire alarms systems and emergency assistance call systems connected to each apartment.
