University of St. Thomas to build new Division I hockey and basketball arena
University of St. Thomas plans to build a new hockey and basketball arena to support its move into Division I.
The Lee and Penny Anderson Arena will be named for long-standing university benefactors who donated $75 million to build the arena on the St. Paul campus.
The $175 million project is expected to break ground in 2024. IMEG will provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology engineering services for the project as a subconsultant to Ryan Companies US, Inc.
