Community Foundation of Greater Muscatine held a grand opening for its Mulberry Health Clinic on Oct. 3, 2024.  

The new, $20 million, 42,000-sf, three story clinic is adjacent to, and will be operated by, neighboring UnityPoint Health-Trinity Muscatine. It replaces the current clinic, which is 47 years old and in poor condition.  

The clinic includes internal medicine, family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, and surgical services across 71 exam rooms, 25 provider offices, and five treatment rooms.  

IMEG provided structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, civil, and technology engineering design services and commissioning for the project.
