The Village of Downers Grove, IL, has topped off its new $60 million Downers Grove Civic Center.

The center will house the Village Hall, the Police Department and the Downers Grove Grade School District 58 administrative offices. There will also be public meeting space and room for community activities.

IMEG is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, technology design services, construction administration and commissioning for the project, which is expected to open in 2024.
