David Chlebus, PE, has been named client executive of IMEG’s Houston structural team. A 15-year veteran with the firm, his transition provides continuity of office leadership, previously held by Wally Ford, who continues in his new role as a project executive.

“We are so fortunate to have David as our new client executive,” says Ford. “Besides being one of the top five structural engineers I have ever worked with, he is personable, brilliant, and business-minded. What a combination!”

David is a principal of the firm and has 23 years of experience in the industry. As client executive he develops and maintains client relationships and works with his team to ensure the delivery of high-quality design on each project. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton University and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkley. A registered Professional Engineer in California, Colorado, and Texas, David also serves as an adjunct professor for the University of Houston Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture.
