IMEG Client Executive Joseph Camajani was among a team of experts who discussed office-to-residential conversion possibilities in San Francisco as part of an ABC7 News report.

The report discussed the opportunities and challenges in converting underutilized office space to residential properties and cited 100 Van Ness in San Francisco as a successful example.

IMEG provided structural engineering for that project, which transformed an outdated 29-story office building constructed in 1974 into a 510,000-sf modern apartment building with 418 units and a dramatic rooftop deck.
