IMEG is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for Commonwealth, a mixed-use community development in Charlotte, NC.  

The project transforms 12 acres that were previously a dated shopping mall into a 1,100,000-sf neighborhood with apartments, a boutique hotel, retailers, restaurants, and 400,000-sf of Class A office space. The project includes the adaptive reuse of two former mill buildings on the site.
