University of Iowa Health Care’s new North Liberty, IA, hospital holds ribbon-cutting ceremony
The University of Iowa Health Care’s new campus in North Liberty, Iowa, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony ahead of its April 28, 2025, opening date.
The 469,050-sf greenfield project includes a three-story hospital, five-story medical office building with outpatient clinics and space for clinical research and classrooms, and standalone central utility plant on a 60-acre campus.
IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services and construction administration for the project.
