Erickson Senior Living is developing a continuing care retirement community in the former Marriott International Headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.
The 33-acre property will be developed in phases, to include more than 1,400 units of independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled care. Phase 1 includes two 12-story independent living high rise buildings, a parking garage, and a marketing center.
IMEG is providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection services for the project, which is expected to open phase 1 in the fall of 2025.
