The Kelsey Ayer Station, a housing community for mixed abilities and incomes, was recently featured in a PBS News Hour segment about affordable housing for people with disabilities.

The development in San Jose features 115 apartments for individuals with and without disabilities with a range of incomes. It provides voucher, middle, and workforce housing to the community, with amenities like a rooftop resident terrace, sensory garden, and dog run.

IMEG provided structural engineering and a Whole Building Life Cycle Assessment for the project.
