IMEG-designed adaptive reuse senior apartment opens in East St. Louis
The New Broadview Project, a 110-unit affordable senior housing apartment building, recently opened in East St. Louis, Ill.
A $44.5 million restoration and adaptive reuse of the former Broadview Hotel, the facility includes a restaurant salon, gym, and business incubator space.
IMEG provided structural engineering design services for the 140,000-sf project.
