The project: This 52,000-sf facility processes all laundry for Adult Corrections throughout the state. A fire in late 2021 completely decimated the facility. IMEG worked with the department to replace damaged air handling units comprised of steam pre-heat coils, evaporative cooling medium, and fans.

Scope of work: New ductwork is being provided to replace material damaged in the fire. New electrical and plumbing lines are being provided for new equipment. New NFPA 13 Wet fire protection system is being provided throughout the existing facility.
