The project: ES2, now IMEG, provided engineering services for the new 148,000-sf, three-story Energy Innovation Laboratory (EIL) building.

Amenities: The building houses laboratories, offices, and meeting spaces. The EIL contains the necessary space, equipment, and resources to establish research into energy solutions. Further, the varying sizes and flexibility of lab space allows researchers to adapt the space for their project needs.

Sustainability: EIL is one of only 22 labs certified as Platinum out of the 471 laboratories registered in the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED pipeline worldwide.
