The restoration of Fireman’s Field, Oyster Bay, is a recipient of the Long Island Business News 2025 Real Estate, Architecture & Engineering Award in the Top Public Project category. 

The awards recognize creative and outstanding projects in the region within the last year.  

The $3.6 million project included cosmetic and infrastructure improvements to Fireman’s Field, a flood-prone parking field and events space in downtown Oyster Bay. The restoration project improved water quality, mitigated flooding and provided a freshly repaved parking area.
