IMEG-designed The Inn of Amazing Mercy named a finalist in ULI-Philadelphia’s 2025 Awards for Excellence
The Inn of Amazing Mercy has been named a finalist in the Urban Land Institute Philadelphia’s 2025 Awards for Excellence in the Mid-scale category.
The Inn of Amazing Mercy provides affordable housing and integrated recovery programs for people experiencing homelessness in Philadelphia.
The project was an adaptive reuse of the historic Temple University Episcopal Hospital of Nursing, which was abandoned in 2009. The renovation includes 54 apartments and eight short-term emergency beds.
IMEG provided structural engineering design services for the project.
