IMEG-designed residential tower wins ULI-Philadephia Award of Excellence
The Laurel Rittenhouse Square received the Urban Land Institute Philadelphia Award of Excellence in the Large Scale Category.
IMEG provided structural engineering design for the 50-story, 583,000-sf residential tower on Philadelphia’s Rittenhouse Square with 65 condominiums and 184 apartments on top of a three-story podium with 44,000-sf of retail and dining spaces. Rising 604 feet, The Laurel is the tallest residential building in Center City.
