Scott has more than 25 years of experience in structural engineering, working on a range of projects, including industrial, wastewater, higher education, federal, aviation, and many more. Passionate about solving clients’ problems with innovative materials and solutions, he is dedicated to identifying core issues and making effective design decisions. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Virginia Tech, a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the George Washington University, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Technology Management from Oklahoma State University.  

He is certified by the Structural Engineering Certification Board (SECB).
