The City Park garage expansion at Symphony Park in Las Vegas received the International Parking & Mobility Institute 2025 Apex Award of Excellence in the Restoration: Structured Parking category.

The Apex Award honors projects that “invigorate the parking and mobility industry and celebrate unique solutions to unusual challenges,” according to the organization.

Located at Symphony Park, a 61-acre mixed-use development in downtown Las Vegas, the City Park project added three levels of parking to the 570-space City Parkway Garage. The 156,000-sf addition included 474 new spaces, a 154-foot, two-lane vehicle bridge, pedestrian pathway, new elevators, mechanical upgrades, and facade treatments.

IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and low voltage/technology engineering design for the project.
