Brickline Flats in San Mateo, CA, wins California Masonry Architecture Design Award
Brickline Flats, a mixed-use development in San Mateo, CA, has won a California Masonry Council Architecture Design Award for “Best in Brick.”
IMEG provided structural engineering design services for the project as a subconsultant to WRNS Studio.
The brick, wood, and ribbed metal buildings in the LEED Silver-designed project span a city block, but are divided into sections to change its mass and blend with the neighborhood.
