The Chronicle Mill adaptive reuse project in Belmont, NC, was featured in Urban Land magazine’s “UL10: Ten Conversions to Residential Use.”

Built in 1901 as Belmont’s first textile mill, the long-abandoned property has been reimagined into a vibrant mixed-use destination.

IMEG provided mechanical and fire protection engineering services as a subconsultant to BB+M Architecture, supporting the successful transformation of this landmark property.
