St. Ignatius College Preparatory has topped out construction of its new Learning Commons.

IMEG is providing structural engineering design services for the project designed to modernize the school’s academic environment and support its Jesuit mission.

The 142,500-sf project is the first phase of the campus master plan and will introduce flexible educational, collaborative, and support spaces tailored to evolving teaching methods. The addition will extend north from the existing academic building, forming a unified learning complex and creating a new main campus entrance.

Organized around a central entry hub, chapel, and double-height learning commons, the facility is designed to accommodate large events while fostering daily collaboration.

Upper-level academic lofts and outdoor learning areas further reinforce adaptable, student-centered education environments for generations to come.
