IMEG provided civil engineering entitlement services for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA) for a 2,139-acre corridor in Prince William County allowing for the potential planning of up to approximately 28 million square feet of data center development. The plan included provisions for trails, interpretive parks and wildlife corridors. Additionally, IMEG provided civil engineering, surveying, and land planning services for 2 rezoning approvals for 876.4 acres allowing the potential construction of approximately 10.5 million square feet of data center development within the CPA corridor.
