The project: IMEG (formerly FHI Studio) was engaged by the Town of Windsor to develop a concept plan for future improvements to Sharshon Park.

The goal: To provide the Town with clear, implementable design concepts that could guide future investment and park enhancements.

Planning approach: IMEG prepared a rendered conceptual plan that included two alternative design options, allowing the Town to compare approaches and evaluate priorities. To support informed decision-making, the team also prepared an opinion of probable construction cost for each concept. IMEG participated in two coordination meetings with Town staff and project stakeholders to review concepts, gather feedback, and refine recommendations.

Project outcome: The final deliverables provide the Town of Windsor with visually compelling design alternatives and cost information that establish a strong foundation for future park improvements, funding pursuits, and phased implementation at Sharshon Park.
