IMEG has acquired AGM Energy Services and Palmer Conservation Consulting, strengthening its Performance & Energy platform and advancing its ability to deliver fully integrated solutions. By connecting energy strategy, building systems, and ongoing operations, IMEG helps clients achieve greater efficiency, resilience, and long-term performance across the built environment.

Established in 2012, AGM Energy Services is a energy consulting and engineering firm based in Twinsburg, OH, with additional offices in Toledo and Columbus. The firm specializes in commissioning, master systems integration, and criteria engineering—helping clients improve system performance, validate design intent, and optimize building operations across the full lifecycle of their facilities.

Founded in 2010, Palmer Conservation Consulting is an energy consulting firm headquartered in Toledo, OH, with additional offices in Cleveland and Columbus. Together, AGM Energy Services and Palmer Conservation provide a comprehensive approach to energy management, market advisory, and efficiency-focused services to help clients reduce their energy consumption, control costs, and improve performance.

Previously operating as separate entities under common ownership, the firms have leveraged complementary expertise to support a wide range of client needs. At IMEG, they will now operate as a unified team—bringing together technical system expertise and energy market insight to deliver more connected, end-to-end performance and energy solutions, from early planning through system integration and ongoing optimization.

“By bringing AGM Energy Services and Palmer Conservation Consulting into IMEG, we are significantly strengthening our performance and energy platform and expanding the depth of expertise we bring to clients,” said Paul VanDuyne, CEO and President of IMEG. “This integration allows us to better connect energy strategy with building systems and operations—delivering smarter, more sustainable outcomes and long-term performance.”

“Joining IMEG marks an important ownership transition that strengthens our long-term strategic direction and positions the team for continued growth,” said André T. Goosby, AGM Energy Services President. “This alignment expands our capabilities and resources, allowing us to deliver more integrated solutions while continuing to serve as trusted advisors to our clients.”

Goosby will serve as client executive at IMEG as the previously separate teams come together under one organization. AGM Energy Services and Palmer Conservation Consulting will continue to operate from their existing locations, now with expanded resources and connectivity across IMEG’s national platform. Geoff Hunter, Palmer Conservation Consulting President, will help guide the teams through the transition period, during which they will operate as AGM, now IMEG, and Palmer Conservation Consulting, now IMEG.
