Construction is underway at 100 West Street in Needham, Mass., a 189-unit multifamily residential community.

The transit-oriented development will transform a 4.3-acre site into a thoughtfully planned residential community aligned with Needham’s new MBTA Communities zoning. The project will feature a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, green space, surface parking, and a variety of indoor and outdoor resident amenities. Planned amenities include a fitness center, library, resident lounges, indoor golf simulator, dog run, playground, community garden, and pocket parks.

Designed to meet Passive House standards, the development emphasizes sustainability, energy efficiency, and resident comfort.
