IMEG’s Max Nevermann will share insights on building and scaling AI adoption at Cincy AI Week. 

Max is a Senior Project Manager with nearly a decade of experience with AI in the AEC industry.  

His session, “Beyond the Tool: Building an AI Ecosystem Inside a Traditional Engineering Firm,” will explore the realities of moving AI from pilot projects into day-to-day operations. He will discuss the challenges, breakthroughs, and frameworks that help AI initiatives succeed at scale. 

The presentation will take place Thursday, June 11, at 10:30 a.m. on the Main Stage at The Transept in Cincinnati’s Over-the-Rhine district as part of Cincy AI Week, held June 9–11, 2026.
