Will has more than 30 years of experience delivering and leading full-service mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering services for architects, planners, owners, engineers, and industrial and commercial clients. Throughout his career, he has served in the combined roles of client executive and operations leader, managing projects, client relationships, staff, quality, and day-to-day business operations from project initiation through completion.

His technical expertise includes electrical and lighting design, power distribution, communication, alarm, signal and control systems, electrical studies and reports, construction monitoring, field investigations, code and standards review, submittal review, and quality control.

Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Maine.
