IMEG is expanding its presence in Florida and the Southeast through the acquisition of Construction Engineering Group (CEG), a multidisciplinary engineering firm based in Melbourne, FL, providing civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering services.

Located on Florida’s Space Coast, CEG brings nearly 30 years of client-focused engineering experience and established relationships across the region. The firm serves commercial, educational, industrial, residential, medical, and government clients, delivering technically sound, creative, and cost-effective solutions tailored to each project.

CEG’s commitment to responsive client service, technical excellence, and integrity aligns closely with IMEG’s values and culture.

“We are excited to welcome Construction Engineering Group to IMEG,” said Paul VanDuyne, President/CEO of IMEG. “CEG’s location on the Space Coast expands our existing presence in Florida and strengthens our ability to serve clients throughout the Southeast. Their strong client relationships and proven civil, electrical, and mechanical expertise are an excellent addition to IMEG’s Florida-based offerings. We welcome their talented team and look forward to the opportunities ahead.”

“Joining IMEG builds on the strong foundation we’ve created since 1998,” said Keith Przeclawski, Principal, Construction Engineering Group. “We will continue to deliver the exceptional service and technical expertise our clients expect, while expanding our offerings and project opportunities, and giving our team more opportunities to grow, collaborate, and expand their careers.”

Przeclawski, Jake Wise and David Alley will remain in key regional leadership roles, ensuring continuity for clients and staff. The team will operate from its Melbourne location under the transitional name “Construction Engineering Group, now IMEG.”
