Jeff Mangas, PE, is a Project Executive for the Charlotte civil team and a senior principal of the firm. He has more than 23 years of experience leading multifaceted, multidisciplinary projects from initial concept and design through permitting and construction management.
His experience includes healthcare and education, industrial, commercial, and retail developments primarily focusing on private site developments.
Jeff’s expertise includes feasibility studies, preliminary site and utility layouts, and the design of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water distribution, roadway, and stormwater detention systems. He coordinates closely with developers, architects, MEP engineers, consultants, government agencies, and contractors to resolve complex site and utility challenges and move projects successfully through design and construction.
As a licensed professional engineer, Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in technology from Ohio Northern University.
