IMEG provided commissioning services throughout the design and construction of the new, LEED Gold certified Bayside Fire Station No. 2 in downtown San Diego. The three-story, 24,000-sf station includes underground parking, living quarters, commercial-grade kitchen, gym, room for two fire vehicles, and solar panels.

IMEG provided full commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems and subsystems, including split-type A/C Units, exhaust fans, HVAC control system, domestic hot water system, lighting system and control for both the interior and exterior, and the emergency power distribution system.
