Nishkian now IMEG provided structural engineering design and services for the $44.6 million 288 Pacific, a luxury condominium in San Francisco, Calif., which won an ENR California’s Best Projects 2019 award in the Residential/Hospitality category. 

The seven-story, L-shaped building surrounds the historic Old Ship Saloon and offers 33 high-end residential units, at-grade and below-grade parking with car stackers, and first-floor retail space. Rooftop terraces provide views of the downtown skyline and amenities such as a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, wet bar, and dining table.
