IMEG conducted field investigations, a condition assessment of the existing bridge, a load rating analysis (AASHTO –LFR), calculation of Sufficiency Rating, provided updated NBI Data for Inspection report updates, and seismic evaluation of the bridge. IMEG provided justification for the replacements including significant deck deterioration and seismic deficiencies and scours issues. Further, IMEG provided assistance to the city in advanced planning and preparation of Highway Bridge Program (HBP) funding assistance and estimates for the replacement of the existing channel crossing.
