IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and technology design for the $550M campus renewal project, which includes a 600,000-sf replacement hospital and new 200,000-sf ambulatory care center. When it opened in 2020, the project was the first completely new adult hospital built in St. Louis since 1933.
