Foundry I, an IMEG-designed mixed-use building, achieved LEED Gold certification
IMEG provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and services for the Foundry I, a mixed-use development in Austin, TX. The site is comprised of a residential building with 17 condos, private fitness center, lounge, and conference areas, and a creative office building that recently achieved LEED Gold certification.
