Donna Lough
Director of Learning and Development
Donna Lough is Director of Learning & Development and a principal of the firm. Donna oversees IMEG’s performance management and employee development programs to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
Donna has been with IMEG since 2016, previously serving as the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Civil. She is passionate about employee development and creating an exceptional employee experience at IMEG. She is active in her community and is a member of the Junior Board of Rock Island, an organization serving women and children in the Quad Cities area.
