Mindy Haffke

Mindy Haffke, PE, is a principal and client executive at IMEG, leading the Las Vegas and Greater Philadelphia MEP teams, bringing extensive experience in the design and construction of gaming, hospitality, and entertainment developments throughout the U.S. Her expertise encompasses new and existing casino resorts, luxury hotels, restaurants, retail environments, and complex mixed-use facilities.
As a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer in Nevada and California, Mindy combines technical engineering expertise with executive leadership, client relationship management, and multidisciplinary project delivery. She holds an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is an active member of ASHRAE and the Order of the Engineer. Her contributions to the AEC industry have earned national recognition, including ENR Southwest Top Young Professional and Building Design+Construction’s 40 Under 40 honors in 2023.
