At IMEG the health and wellness of our staff, clients, and partners is of the highest priority. As a national A/E/C industry leader, we understand our actions and response to the COVID-19 situation impact multiple stakeholders across many communities.
With that in mind, we are working diligently to prepare for multiple scenarios as the situation unfolds, focusing on keeping people safe, securing healthy work environments, and increasing our remote workplace access. Our recent and continuing actions include:
- Establishing a business continuity response task force to monitor recommendations from local, state, federal, and global officials and guide our response in meeting staff and client needs
- Distributing and actively following the health and safety guidance as prescribed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local public health departments in all IMEG communities
- Reviewing and updating business continuity procedures and project delivery processes to ensure we can fulfill our responsibilities to all stakeholders should normal business operations be impacted
Our continued investment in remote work systems has enabled us to act quickly, and we are confident in our ability to manage business operations while we address the impacts of COVID-19.
IMEG leadership will continue to closely monitor the situation and the recommendations of health officials. We will communicate updates to our response strategy as needed.
Additionally, if we are currently working on projects together, IMEG’s project managers will be ensuring you have contact information during this turbulent period to reach us under any circumstances.
We value our relationships and are actively working to support the healthcare market and other sectors that are under extreme stress to meet our country’s needs.
Sincerely,
Paul VanDuyne, President/CEO
