André has nearly 20 years of experience across engineering, HVAC systems, building automation and controls, commissioning, and energy optimization, supporting municipal, K–12, healthcare, and higher education facilities throughout Ohio, including sustainability-driven and LEED-influenced environments. André was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of AGM Energy Services, where he built his career blending hands-on technical expertise with executive leadership, allowing him to bridge engineering execution with operational strategy, financial performance, and client expectations. He is a trusted advisor to owners, facility staff, design teams, and contractors, recognized for delivering complex technical programs on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality and compliance standards.   

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
