Anna founded Lynch Mykins when she saw an opportunity to push beyond the boundaries of traditional structural engineering and lead a firm building innovation and creative collaboration, and envisioning landmark spaces for people to live, work, and thrive. The company joined IMEG in 2025.  

With more than 21 years of project management, client management, and structural engineering experience, Anna holds client relationships and satisfaction as her top priority. Anna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Wyoming, and a Master of Engineering from North Carolina State University.
