Bruce is a mechanical engineer with more than 40 years of experience in the engineering consulting industry. In 1985 he became founder, president, and CEO of Lilker Associates, a large MEP/FP firm that joined IMEG in 2023. He is adept at providing practical engineering solutions that complement architectural design and satisfy the end-user’s needs. He also is proficient in the technical aspects of due diligence, lease review and negotiation, and project management.
