Chris’s broad range of structural engineering experience includes infrastructure, municipal, and heavy industrial with an emphasis in structural design at water and wastewater facilities, pump stations, raw water intake facilities, and flood control structures. He has led teams delivering reliable engineering and project management services to a number of water utilities across Texas for a variety of project types ranging from assessments and capital planning to repair, rehabilitation and new construction for complex programs that exceed $2 billion. Chris brings confidence to the project management process with his ability to identify engineering challenges and propose team-oriented solutions that positively impact project costs and efficiencies. He is a licensed professional engineer and has a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Texas A&M University.
