Joey Whiteside is a Project Executive for the Dallas civil team and an associate principal of the firm. He has more than 15 years of experience in utility designation and subsurface utility engineering.
He joined KMCE, now IMEG at its founding in 2018 and serves as a Project Executive in the Dallas office, overseeing utility location services with a strong focus on quality, precision, and client service.
Joey’s expertise includes subsurface utility engineering, field designation, test hole services, and Texas 811 utility locating. He has extensive experience helping clients navigate complex utility infrastructure and location needs. Joey is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
