Joseph is a registered professional structural and civil engineer with over 17 years of experience in seismic and structural design and engineering management, working on five continents in each of the AEC fields. His management style is driven by project priorities and delivered with exceptional communication skills, founded on technical expertise. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Civil Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He is a CalOES Disaster Service Worker and a member of the Structural Engineers Association of Northern California.
